Chandon Sparkling Rosé

The Cost: $19.

The Taste: A mix of strawberry, watermelon, and cherry notes. This one's the creamiest of the bunch.

Why It's Special: At just nineteen bucks, this rich, velvety, big-name rosé is a total steal.

Santa Margherita Spumante "52" Rosé Extra Dry VSQ

The Cost: $21.

The Taste: Made from white wine blended with pink wine from Malbec grapes, this rosé is both fruity and floral.

Why It's Special: This rosé is the lightest and sparkliest of the bunch. Perfect for toasting.

Veuve Clicquot Rosé: Clicq' Call Edition

The Cost: $69.

The Taste: A mix of raspberry, strawberry, cherry, and various dried fruits.

Why It's Special: Veuve Clicquot's Valentine's Day edition is pure fun: the bottle comes in a festive pink and orange box, on the inside of which you can record a voice message. Hope you've got a nice singing voice!

The Taste: Sweet, but not too sweet (it's made with a mix of chardonnay and a dash of red wine), with notes of pomegranates...and pastries!

Why It's Special: These fun, fuchsia mini bottles come in sets of four—pop some striped party straws in them and you're set to fête.

Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé

The Cost: $79.

The Taste: A punchy blend of Hawaiian pink ginger, mandarin orange, and honey. Yum!

Why It's Special: It's the earthiest in the group, with a pleasing aftertaste that lingers just long enough.

Dom Pérignon Rosé Ltd. Edition Box by Björk & Chris Cunningham, 2004

The Cost: $350.

The Taste: Raspberry and apricot, with a hint of green citrus.

Why It's Special: The bottle! This limited edition was designed by Björk and British video artist Chris Cunningham. The funky design is utterly unique and the taste, with an unexpected pop of citrus, is divine.
